On Monday, January 11th, 2016, at 4:06PM, Justin M. Rattigan of Flemington, NJ was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic syringes after a motor vehicle stop at the Whitehouse Motel. Rattigan was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to use a turn signal, speeding, and possessing CDS in a motor vehicle. Rattigan was released pending a court appearance. The arrest was made by Ptl. Jason Phares.
