DWI Arrest
On January 29th at approximately 1:20 AM, police stopped Carlos Quiles, 36, of North Brunswick, NJ on State Hwy 22 west near Potterstown Rd for failing to maintain a single lane. Ptl. Wright observed evidence of intoxication and conducted sobriety tests. Mr. Quiles performed poorly and was arrested and his vehicle towed from the scene. He was charged with DUI, refusing to submit to breath testing, failure to maintain a single lane and failure to provide proof of insurance. He was released to a friend pending a future court appearance.
