On Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 2058 hours, Christopher M. Timpano, 50, from Flemington NJ was arrested for possessing under 50 grams of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Old York Road near the intersection of Craig Road. Patrolman Woolverton stopped Mr. Timpano for failing to maintain his lane of tavel and discovered the marijuana and a smoking device during a search of his car. He was released with summonses to appear in municipal court for failing to maintain lane, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
