On Friday, April 15, 2016 Lenin R. Martinez-Osorio, 28, from Bedminster NJ was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana and possession of drug Paraphernalia. Officers located a single car motor vehicle crash on Island Road and found Martinez-Osorio near the crash scene. Patrolman Patrick Brown detected the odor of Marijuana coming from Martinez-Osorio and a search of his person located a bag of Marijuana and paraphernalia. Additionaly he was charged with reckless driving, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, driving without a valid license, no insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle. After being processed at headquarters, he was released with summonses to appear in Municipal Court.
