On Monday, May 2, 2016, at approximately 4:15pm, Ptlm. Brown stopped a Hyundai on Route 523 / Pulaski Road. The vehicle was stopped due to a broken mirror and the vehicle's owner had multiple warrants and a suspended driver's license. The vehicle was occupied by the driver, Walker Dymarkis of New Brunswick and Shane Jennings, age 25 of Piscataway. During the course of the motor vehicle stop, Ptlm. Brown was granted consent to search the vehicle. The search produced a stun gun in the shape of a flashlight. The officer determined that the stun gun belonged to Jennings.
