On Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at approximately 1715 hours the Readington Township Police Department responded to serious motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles at the intersection of Route 523 and Route 629. The motor vehicle accident investigation had revealed that Young Kim, 24, of Vestal NY was operating a Toyota 4-Runner and had attempted to cross Route 523 from Route 629 (Pleasant Run Road) at which time her vehicle collided with an Infiniti G35 that was traveling North on Route 523. The Infiniti was driven by Gabriella Tango, 30, of Brookside, NJ who was taken to Hunterdon Medical Center for chest pain. There were three passengers in the 4-Runner, one of which, Yeonhee Han, 54 of Vestal, NY was Flown to Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick for a suspected broken leg. The other two passengers occupying the 4-Runner were not injured. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
