DWI Arrest

On Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 0419 hours, Cesar A. Cortes-Mata, 29 from Flemington, NJ was arrested for DWI. Patrolman Wright stopped Cortez-Mata because the registered owner of the Toyota he was operating had a suspended NJ drivers license. The officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and Cortes-Mata was unable to pass several field sobriety tests. In addition to DWI, Cortes-Mata was charged with driving while suspended, failing to provide proof of insurance, failure to present registration, failure to present drivers license, and 4th degree operating a motor vehicle while his drivers license was suspended for a second DWI.
