David Bumbera was arrested on Saturday, January 13, 2018. at approximately 7:00pm for assault outside the Wonder Bar located on Route 22. Bumbera (age 62) of Howell, New Jersey punched a Tewksbury Township man in the parking lot after a brief argument causing a laceration to the man's lip. Bumbera cooperated with police when they arrived on scene. He was charged with Simple Assault and released with a future court appearance.
