A fourth suspect was also located attempting to pick up Brian and Frankely, he was identified as Keilyn Dominguez. All the individuals were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit theft, theft of movable property, resisting arrest by flight and hindering apprehension. The suspects were lodged at the Somerset County Jail pending a future court appearance.
