On Friday, August 3, 2018 at approximately 0330 hours, Ptl. Darocha stopped Mhairi E. MacMillan (19) of Annandale, NJ on Route 523 for failure to maintain lane. As the officer approached the vehicle he smelled a strong odor of Marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. The officer explained to MacMillan that he smelled the odor of Marijuana and she advised him that she had a plastic baggie under the rear seat. MacMillan was arrested and charged with under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle and failure to maintain lane.
