DWI Arrest
On Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 1520 hours, Patrolman Wright stopped a vehicle on State Route 22 for having an expired registration. The officer identified the driver as Thomas C. Jones, 62, from Whitehouse Station, NJ and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Jones was unable to pass a series of field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI. Jones also had two active warrants for his arrest out of Pennsauken and Bordentown.
Jones was issued an ROR for the warrants. He was issued summonses for DWI, driving while suspended, driving without a license, failure to possess insurance, failure to possess registration, and unregistered vehicle.
