On Saturday, December 15, 2018 at approximately 2219 hours, Ptl. Mazellan stopped Marissa Suslow (29) out of Phillipsburg, NJ for driving with her lights off on County Line Rd. Suslow had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath and refused to conduct the officers field sobriety tests. Suslow was arrested for driving while intoxicated and provided a breath sample almost three times over the legal limit. Suslow had over $5000.00 dollars in ACS warrants and was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail. "The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guility in a court of law."
