December 22, 2018 at 0109 hours: While on patrol, Patrolman Jason Phares located a suspicious individual in a field on Lazy Brook Road near Thistle Lane. Brandon Wienberg, age 22 from Washington NJ, was found to have an outstanding traffic warrant from the Raritan Township Municipal Court. Wienberg was taken into custody and later released on his own recognizance pending a new court date.
