December 29 2018 at 0117 hours:

Sergeant Steven Rindock stopped a vehicle on US Route 22 west near Potterstown Road for speeding. Upon making contact with the driver, Chistopher Anastasides (26) of Asbury NJ, Sgt. Rindock detected the odor of alcohol coming from the interior of the vehicle. Anastasides performed a series of sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest for drunk driving. Anastasides was charged with DWI, speeding, and reckless driving. Anastasides was released from police custody to a friend.

The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
