On Thursday, January 10, 2019 at approximately 0206 hours, Ptl. Darocha arrested Alexandr Moneta (29) out of Newark, Delaware for driving while intoxicated. Moneta was transported to the Readington Township Police Department where he refused to provide the officer breath samples and purposely urinated on the walls and floor of the processing room. Moneta was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and issued the following motor vehicle summonses; Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Refusal to consent to taking breath samples, Refusal to submit to chemical testing, Expired license, Driving while suspended, Unsafe Lane Change, Delaying traffic and Speeding.
