Warrant Arrest - Beete
On Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 1145 hours, Officers arrested Anthony R. Beete, 30, from Somerset, NJ during a motor vehicle stop on Main Street Whitehouse Station. Three seperate warrants had been issued for Beete's arrest since March 9th. Beete was wanted for and charged with three counts of harassment, three counts of contempt of court, and one count of stalking.
Beete was transported to police headquarters and processed on the outstanding warrants. After processing was complete, Beete was transported and booked into the Hunterdon County Jail pending a future court date.
The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
