On March 25, 2019 at approximately 1445 hours, Ptl. Bodine stopped a Nissan Altima on Merck Dr off Route 22 for failure to use a turn signal. Upon further investigation, the driver, David Clark, was found to have 2 outstanding warrants. Clark was arrested and issued 3 motor vehicle summonses for driving without a license, driving while suspended and failure to use a turn signal. Clark was lodged in Hunterdon County Jail pending a future court date. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
