On April 11, 2019 at approximately 1947 hours, this department was dispatched to John Reading Road for a report of a simple assault. Upon arrival, a female victim was located, who had an injury to her face. The offender, Jennifer Goldthwaite, was located and admitted to engaging in an altercation with the victim. Goldthwaite was arrested and charged with simple assault. Goldthwaite was released pending a future court date. The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process.
