On April 9, 2019 at approximately 1637 hours, Ptl Bodine stopped a gray Ford on Oldwick Road for failure to maintain its lane. Upon further investigation, marijuana was located inside the vehicle and the driver, Saleem Marrow was arrested. Marrow was issued a summons complaint for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and traffic summonses for failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Marrow was released pending a future court date. The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
