On April 16, 2019 at approximately 1800 hours, Ptl. Bodine stopped Francis Holliman (30) of Stanton, NJ for failure to give propper turn signal, a missing driver side mirror and a cracked winshield on Rt. 22 at the intersection of Rt. 523. As the officer spoke to Holliman he smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. Holliman was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and issued a motor vehicle summons for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and improper turn signal.
