June 21, 2019 at 1127 hours:

At the above date and time, Sgt. Steven Rindock stopped Jose Soto (age 38 from Branchburg NJ) on US Highway 22 east for a traffic violation. Soto was discovered to be a wanted person out of Cumberland County NJ for several different charges. Soto was also found to be wanted out of Plainfield Municipal Court for a traffic warrant and Millville Municipal Court for a criminal warrant. Soto was placed under arrest and later transferred to the Somerset County Jail.

The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
