On July 7th, at 12:01 AM police stopped Thomas Devine, 40, of Bronx, NY for a motor vehicle infraction. Lt. DeWire discovered that Mr. Devine had a warrant issued out of the City of Elizabeth for harassment. Mr. Devine was arrested and later lodged in the Somerset County Jail where he would await pickup by Elizabeth PD.
