On Friday, August 2, 2019 Readington Patrol officer stopped Steven Mastrian (38) of Whitehouse Sta., NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant and driving while suspended. Mastrian was lodged at the Somerset County Jail on the above warrant. The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
