On 08-13-2019 at approximately 2115 hours, this department received a call of an aggressive driver on Route 523 near Mountain View Road. The caller advised a white pickup truck had nearly collided with another vehicle. Patrolman Wright located the truck and its driver, Kenneth S. Boszcuk, 57, from Whitehouse Station, NJ. Boszcuk was arrested for DWI after he showed signs of intoxication and was unable to complete standard field sobriety tests.

Boszczuk was issued summonses for DWI, open container, and consumption of alcohol by an operator. He was photographed, processed, and released to a responsible third party. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
