September 4, 2019 at 2307 hours:

Oliverio Cuquej-Chun, age 26 from Flemington NJ, was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated after being observed driving the wrong way on US Highway 22. Cuquej-Chun was also observed driving in the opposing lane on Main Street (Whitehouse Station). Cuquej-Chun displayed indicators of impairment and subsequently failed sobriety tests. Cuquej-Chun was placed under arrest and charged with DWI, refusal to submit to breath testing, driving the wrong way on a one way street, being an unlicensed driver, and reckless driving. Cuquej-Chun was released to a family member.

The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
