On Saturday, November 16, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, Nicholas Veglatte (age 35) was arrested at his residence in Whitehouse Station for an outstanding warrant. Veglatte failed to appear in court on a previous Obstruction of Justice charge and a $2,500 warrant was issued. Veglatte was taken into custody without incident and was later released after the bail was posted. A future court appearance is required for Veglatte to answer to the above charges.
