The following arrests were made over the weekend:

On Friday, August 7^th Ashley Paden, 29, of Somerset, NJ was arrested for contempt of court and lodged in the Warren County Jail after she was unable to post $2,500 bail.

On Saturday, August 8^th at 12:34 PM, Angelo Urena, 29, of New York, NY was arrested for contempt of court. Urena was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice and lodged in Warren County Jail.

On Saturday, August 8^th, at 2:43 AM, Sarvar Aslanov, 34, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested for DUI after being stopped on Main St in the Whitehouse Station section of the township. Summonses were issued for DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, having an open container in a vehicle, speeding and improper turn. He was released to a friend.

On Sunday, August 9^th at 2:06 AM, Danilo Javier Garcia, 39, of Hatfield, PA was arrested after police were called to an accident that occurred on US Hwy 202 south, near Summer Rd. Garcia was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, failure to possess credentials, as well as a criminal complaint for assault by auto. He was released to a friend.

The filing of criminal charges is merely a step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
