On August 14, 2020 Steven Ashmed (29) out of Readington Township was arrested for simple assault, criminal mischief and was lodged at the Warren County Jail.

On August 16, 2020 Stefan Brathwaite (30) out of Allentown, PA was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brathwaite was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving without a drivers license and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.

The filing of criminal charges is merely a step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guility in a court of law.
