On August 17, 2020 at approximately 2235 hours, Gregory Minard of Lebanon NJ was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) following a motor vehicle crash on Potterstown Rd. After being processed, Minard was issued the following motor vehicle summonses: Driving While Intoxicated, and Reckless Driving. Minard was released pending a court appearance.
