On Friday, November 18, 2022, Johan Navarro-Carvajal (age 39) of South Bound Brook, New Jersey was stopped while traveling on County Line Road. Navarro-Carvajal's vehicle was stopped after he was unable to maintain his lane of travel and drove onto the curb while navigating a turn onto Meister Avenue. Navarro was arrested after attempting to complete field sobriety tests and charged with DUI, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, and Careless Driving.
